Transport And Accommodation Supervisor Required

Description

We are looking for a highly organized Transport & Accommodation Supervisor to manage our daily logistics and staff housing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe transportation and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all company accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the transportation team, including route planning and vehicle maintenance.
• Accommodation Oversight: Manage staff housing/camps, ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Driving Duties: Safely operate company light vehicles for transporting staff or materials as required.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of fuel logs, vehicle inspections, and accommodation maintenance using computer systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations follow Bahrain traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Bahrain or the GCC.
• License: Must possess a valid Bahrain Light Driver License.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data entry.
• Communication: Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Availability: Locally available in Bahrain with a transferable visa preferred.
