Job Vacancy: MEP & Civil Supervisor with Own Car (Expatriates Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) & Civil Supervisors to join our growing team in [City, Country]. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supervising MEP and Civil projects and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring work quality, and coordinating activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all MEP and Civil works on-site.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise on-site.

Maintain daily reports and progress documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP and Civil Supervisor (minimum [X] years).

Relevant degree or diploma in MEP/Civil Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and Civil construction.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Own car is a must for on-site transportation.

Expatriates with a valid work visa or transferable visa are preferred.
