TELECALLER CUM MARKETING EXECUTIVE HR Recruitment Consultancy

We’re a well-established HR and recruitment consultancy in Bahrain, serving 70+ clients across construction, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, and corporate sectors throughout the Gulf.
We’re looking for one person. Not just someone who can make calls — someone who understands that every client conversation is a business opportunity, and every follow-up ignored is revenue lost.

THE ROLE
You’ll be the voice that connects our consultancy with businesses across the Gulf. Your job is to build relationships, not just dial numbers. You’ll reach out to potential clients, pitch our recruitment & HR services, nurture existing accounts, generate leads, and close. You’ll coordinate with our placement team and maintain sharp communication across calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
This isn’t a passive role. You’ll own monthly targets and be measured on results.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
— Female candidate, locally available in Bahrain
— Indian national preferred
— Fluent in English and Hindi, spoken and written
— Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building trust
— A person who believes that if salary is a right, meeting targets is a responsibility — and both must be honoured for a business to survive
— Self-driven. You don’t wait to be told what to do next
— Computer literate — MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business

STRONG ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
— Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
— Background in B2B sales or telecalling
— Understanding of Gulf labour markets and industry sectors
