About the Role Alliance cosmetics is looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Technical Hair Educator to represent our premium Italian hair color lines: KYO and Free Limix.
You will be responsible for empowering salon professionals across the UAE. You will bridge the gap between high-tech Italian chemistry and artistry, ensuring our clients achieve 100% mastery of ammonia-free coloring (KYO) and multivitamin-infused hair transformations (Free Limix).
Key Responsibilities * Demonstration & Training: Conduct live in-salon technical workshops and masterclasses focusing on advanced color theory, complex corrections, and the application of ammonia-free/PPD-free systems.
• Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for salon partners regarding formulation, “Save the Day” color corrections, and maximizing product performance.
• Sales Synergy: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical audits for new and existing accounts to ensure long-term product loyalty.
The Ideal Candidate * Experience: 2–5 years as a Colorist, with at least 1 years in a dedicated Educator/Technical Trainer role.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Italian hair color philosophy. Mastery in handling ammonia-free lines and achieving 100% grey coverage on resistant hair.
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills. Ability to explain the “why” behind the chemistry. Bilingual (English/Arabic) is a significant advantage.
• Attributes: High energy, professional grooming, and a passion for “Hair Health.”
• Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is required for salon visits.
