Key Responsibilities
– Store Management & Operations
– Manage daily store operations efficiently
– Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
– Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and product display

Sales & Marketing
– Develop and execute sales strategies
– Plan and implement promotional campaigns
– Build strong customer relationships
– Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports

Requirements
– Minimum 15 years of experience in store management and customer handling
– Strong background in sales and marketing
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Nationality: Pakistani (mandatory)
– Previous experience in sweet and bakery products (mandatory)
– Arabic language proficiency (mandatory)
– Own car with valid driving license (mandatory)
– Transferrable Iqama (mandatory)
