Urgent Hiring – SMP DCS Operator (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are currently looking for experienced SMP DCS Operators for a long-term assignment with our prestigious client. Candidates with specialized experience in Methanol or Ammonia plants are highly encouraged to apply.

📌 Position
DCS Operator (Methanol / Ammonia Plant)

💰 Salary Package
SAR 5,000 – 6,000 (Basic Salary)

⏰ Working Schedule
8 hours per day
5 days per week

🎓 Academic & Professional Qualifications
Diploma in a relevant technical field

🧑‍🔧 Experience Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a DCS Operator in Methanol or Ammonia plants or similar industrial environments

🛠 Technical Skills

Strong communication skills

Analytical thinking skills
High level of interpersonal skills

📋 Job Responsibilities

Monitor and operate field equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve production targets
Coordinate between field and panel operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production
Report abnormalities to Panel Operator / Shift Supervisor and follow operational instructions
Guide junior field operators in corrective actions and operational activities
Maintain log sheets, forms, and checklists during startup, normal operations, and emergencies
Support troubleshooting, data analysis, and plant optimization activities
Monitor raw material unloading and finished product loading as per SOP
Supervise packaging activities to meet customer requirements and avoid complaints
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean working environment
