📍 Project Sites: Western Region, Saudi Arabia
🏗 Sector: Industrial Camps, Infrastructure & Support Facilities
Rodina Global is seeking a results-driven Site Manager to lead on-site execution of camp construction and infrastructure projects for major industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and workforce deployment
* Supervise subcontractors, suppliers & material logistics
* Ensure execution meets project timelines & quality standards
* Enforce HSE policies and site safety compliance
* Coordinate with project engineers, consultants & head office
* Monitor progress and submit daily/weekly reports
* Control site resources to minimize delays and wastage
Requirements
* 5+ years site management experience in construction or camp projects
* Strong leadership and manpower coordination skills
* Ability to manage multi-discipline activities under tight schedules
* Knowledge of Saudi safety regulations & site documentation
* Experience working with EPC contractors is an advantage
* Valid Saudi driving license preferred
