Project Duration: 2 years (Fixed-term)
?We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Site Engineer to spearhead a construction project in KAEC. This role requires a professional who can blend technical mastery of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) with the leadership skills needed to manage a large-scale workforce and maintain peak quality standards.
?Key Responsibilities
?Site Leadership: Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization to handover.
?Supervision: Provide direct guidance to the Site Supervisor and Foreman, ensuring all work aligns with engineering drawings.
?Manpower Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the labor force to meet project deadlines.
?Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the 2-year duration.
?Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structural and civil works comply with local Jeddah and KAEC municipal regulations.
?Candidate Profile
?Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid onsite experience in civil engineering.
?Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
?Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Saudi Building Codes and construction materials.
?Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
