Role: Service Engineer – Centrifugal Pumps
Location: Jubail
Salary: 6000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Service Engineer specializing in Centrifugal Pumps to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, commissioning, and overhauls of centrifugal pump systems across customer sites in the region.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in servicing centrifugal pumps, preferably in oil &
gas, petrochemical, or water sectors.
• Familiarity with API 610 standard pumps is preferred.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment, mechanical seals, bearings, and
alignment techniques.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and pump datasheets.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license is Preferable.
• Willing to travel frequently within the Kingdom for on-site service jobs.
• Candidate Should be available Locally in KSA or in India.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of
centrifugal pumps and associated systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues, identifying root causes and
implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and recommendations for customers
after each visit.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on pump operation,
maintenance, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Spare Parts, Technical Support) for effective
issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Maintain service tools, instruments, and calibration certificates in good working
condition.
• Support in-house repairs and overhauls at the workshop when needed.
• Assist with failure analysis and technical investigations as required.
