As we continue to expand our award-winning brands—TAKARA, ZIBA, and Sold Out—across the Kingdom, we are seeking a dedicated Food Safety & Hygiene Officers to ensure our commitment to the highest quality and safety standards remains unmatched.

The Role:
You will be the guardian of our operational integrity, responsible for implementing and monitoring Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) across our fine-dining and QSR outlets in Khobar and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
1-Audit & Monitor: Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and dining floors to ensure 100% compliance with hygiene standards.
2-Regulatory Compliance: Verify HACCP plans and coordinate with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and local municipality authorities.
3-Staff Training: Lead and educate restaurant teams on proper food handling, personal hygiene, and safety protocols.
4-Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate food safety risks and implement corrective actions for any discrepancies.
5-Quality Assurance: Oversee supplier documentation and ensure incoming products meet THG’s rigorous quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:
1-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
2-Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Food Safety/QA within the F&B or hospitality industry.
3-Certifications: Must hold HACCP Level 3 (or above) and/or ISO 22000 certifications.
4-Knowledge: Deep understanding of local SFDA regulations and international safety standards.

Location: Candidates must be currently based in KSA (Khobar or Riyadh).
