Senior Architect – Hotel Projects Required

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in hotel projects to join our growing construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design development for hotel and commercial building projects
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Conduct site inspections and supervise architectural execution
• Manage project timelines and design deliverables

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8+ years of experience, with strong hotel project background
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and design coordination tools
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience handling high-end finishes and hospitality standards is highly preferred
