Job Description:
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for Chillers and AHU, focusing on hands-on sales experience, preparing technical submittals, and participating in technical discussions with consultants and clients.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team and achieve sales targets for Chillers and AHU systems.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals for commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare technical submittals for tenders, including product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents.
Participate in technical discussions with consultants and engineers on AHU design, performance, integration, and heat load calculations.
Collaborate in MEP coordination, resolve technical queries, and support project handovers.
🔹 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Advanced HVAC certifications are a plus.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC sales, including at least 3 years specifically in AHU/Chiller sales.
Proven experience in preparing technical submittals, including product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents for tenders.
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets.
Excellent communication skills with clients and consultants.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
Good understanding of MEP coordination and HVAC systems.
