We’re hiring Sales Specialist – Outdoors
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Summery:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Outdoors Division. This role focuses on B2B sales, building long-term relationships with our customers, and driving business growth through strategic client portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads in the outdoors sector
* Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing clients
* Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key sales metrics
* Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry
* Proven track record in sales and customer retention
* Proficient in English
* Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
* Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
* Excellent customer relationship management
* Microsoft Office, Slack, ERP systems
