Sales Manager – Showroom Required

Description

Manage the day- to- day operations of our lighting showroom, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

· Provide expert advice to customers on lighting solutions, fixtures, and designs.

· Drive sales growth by setting and achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.

· Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.

· Stay up- to- date with industry trends, new lighting technologies, and product offerings.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and initiatives.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

· Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on lighting or home

· Excellent communication and customer service skills (Arabic and English)
