Description
We’re growing our team for high-profile expos and events! Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to sell premium exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and stand options to global and regional clients.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
Proactively identify and target potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners across industries
Sell exhibition stand packages, sponsorships, and premium booth locations to meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, overseas agents, and existing clients for repeat business
Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and track pipeline to ensure high conversion rates
Collaborate with event organizers on floor plans and client requirements
Report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and contribute to event success through on-site support if needed
Salary: Attactive salary package including base + performance bonuses/commissions on sales

Requirements: 5+ years in exhibition/stand sales or events B2B sales, proven track record closing high-value deals, strong network in Bahrain/GCC/Middle East business scene, excellent negotiation and communication skills
