About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in Facility Management and Pest Control services within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management and Pest Control sectors.
• Promote services including maintenance, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and other FM solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in Facility Management or Pest Control services in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and client network.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
• Transferable Iqama
