Description
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
Understand customer technical requirements and business objectives
Recommend appropriate products, systems, or solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical documentation
Deliver remote product demonstrations and presentations
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to close opportunities
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams
Provide pre-sales and limited post-sales technical support
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred)
2– 3+ years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or application engineering
Strong understanding of technical products and systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
