Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fabrication Division

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Willing to work across all regions

Salary: 4K – 5K SAR (monthly incentives based on sales target reach)

Job Summary
We are looking for Sales Engineer with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the fabrication industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience specifically within a fabrication department and have strong technical and commercial understanding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fabrication sector across KSA.
2. Promote and sell fabrication services including structural steel, metal fabrication, and custom-built components.
3. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
4. Review client drawings, specifications, and project requirements in coordination with the fabrication teams.
5. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
7. Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
8. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within fabrication department.
• Strong technical understanding of fabrication drawings and production processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and work anywhere in KSA.
• Must have Valid driving license.
