Hiring: Sales Engineer (LGS Systems)
Location: Asfan, Jeddah (MB Factory)
We are Modern Building Factory, a leading manufacturer of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) systems, looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Asfan-Jeddah.
Role’s & Responsibilities:
You will be the bridge between our advanced manufacturing capabilities and our clients’ structural needs. Your goal is to drive growth by providing technical expertise and tailored LGS solutions to contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi construction market.
• Provide technical presentations and consultations on LGS benefits (speed, cost-efficiency, and durability).
• Review structural drawings and prepare accurate technical proposals/quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and project managers.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure client specifications are met.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the LGS, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), or steel fabrication industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to read technical design drawings.
• Location: Ability to work at our factory site in Asfan, Jeddah.
