We are hiring a Lead Field Compliance Coordinator (Safety Engineer) with strong experience in HSE compliance across construction sites.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in General Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in HSE & site safety
• Strong experience in risk assessments, safety audits & investigations
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with safety codes & regulations
• Conduct daily site inspections
• Investigate incidents & implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with project & contractor teams to enforce safety standards
Preferred:
• NEBOSH Certification
• English – Full Professional Proficiency
• Project Management knowledge
