Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage rope access cleaning operations across high-rise buildings and structures
– Lead a team of IRATA certified technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards
– Plan and execute facade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection projects
– Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings before and during operations
– Maintain records of certifications, inspections, and daily operations
– Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
– Implement process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency
Requirements:
– IRATA Certification
– 4–5 years of experience in rope access cleaning manager
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Familiarity with Bahrain safety regulations and international standards
– Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation
– Excellent communication skills
– Driving license preferred
