The Retail Merchandiser plays a key role in ensuring products achieve optimal visibility, availability, and compliance across modern trade and independent retail channels. This position supports sales growth, strengthens brand presence, and ensures flawless execution at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular market visits to assigned retail partners, including Carrefour, Lulu, Danube, Spinneys, and independent stores.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and adherence to approved planograms and Must-Stock Lists.

Execute and support all in-store BTL activities, promotions, and brand activations.

Monitor and report sell-in and sell-out performance to the Category Manager.

Maintain strong relationships with store staff to secure optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.

Track competitor activities, pricing, and visibility, providing timely insights to the commercial team.

Ensure all merchandising materials and displays are properly installed and maintained.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably within FMCG.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Effective communication and reporting abilities.

Energetic, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset.

Must hold a valid KSA driving license and be able to drive independently.
