Position: Quantity Surveyor (Steel Structures Experience)
Experience: 1 year

Duties & Responsibilities

-Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for steel structures, tensile shade systems, foundations, fabric, accessories, and related works.
-Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Prepare cost estimates and pricing support for quotations and tenders.
– tender preparation, including BOQs, clarifications, and commercial/quotations submissions.
-Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and site teams to verify quantities and construction methods.
-Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations for steel, fabric, coatings, and accessories.
-Ensure all cost-related documentation is properly filed and traceable.

Required Experience & Skills
-Minimum 1 year experience
-Good understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQs.
-Proficient in Excel, and AutoCAD
-Good coordination and communication skills.
-Familiar with tensile structures, car park shades, steel canopies, or similar works (strong advantage).
-Candidate should be available in Bahrain.
