Quantity Surveyor – MEP
Location: Riyadh
Experience: 8+ Years
Al Rajhi Building and Construction Company is hiring a Quantity Surveyor – MEP with 8+ years of experience to manage project costs, support procurement, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for MEP works.
Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
8+ years of experience in MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of construction costs, estimating, and procurement.
Proficient in MS Office and cost management software (CostX, QSPlus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
