Role Description,

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Riyadh Region for a Site Engineer specializing in roads and bridges. The Site Engineer will manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Daily responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, overseeing construction progress, and ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety measures, and project specifications. The role also involves coordinating with project stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and ensuring efficient communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience with on-site management and supervision of construction projects
Strong communication skills for coordination with team members, clients, and contractors
Expertise in Quality Control practices to maintain high standards throughout project execution
Proficiency in Structural and Civil Engineering techniques and principles related to roads and bridges
Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and resources
Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Professional certifications or licenses in engineering (preferred)
