We are a structural steel manufacturing company based in Riyadh and are looking to hire a QC Engineer with experience in structural steel fitting and welding inspection. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and quality control.

Position: QC Engineer – Structural Steel Fitting & Welding

Location: Riyadh – Istanbul Street (Near Masjid Fauzan)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Note: Sponsorship transfer is compulsory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and QC inspection.

• Ability to read and understand structural steel drawings.

• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and communication).

• Experience in welding inspection and structural steel fitting activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for structural steel fabrication.

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of fabricated steel structures.

• Inspect fit-up, welding, and final assemblies according to approved drawings.

• Ensure welding activities comply with approved WPS and welding procedures.

• Verify dimensions and alignment based on fabrication drawings.

• Review Material Test Certificates (MTC) and maintain material traceability records.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.

• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients during inspections.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

• Monitor NDT activities (UT, MT, PT) and review inspection reports.
