A leading industrial company in the field of electrical services based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire an experienced QA/QC Engineer .
1. Assist the quality director/manager in establishing and ensuring effective implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS.
2. Spearheads failure analysis of data and quality defect trends (of DPMO/ DPPM).
3. Team player / lead in identifying process improvements and scrap reduction using statistical techniques i.e. (cause and effect, FMEA..)
4. Assist the Quality Management Representative in performing internal audits per department and management reviews.
5. Assist in the creation / revision of new / old local procedures as need be.
6. Prepares audit plans / schedule and execution per target.
7. Assists, set-up and coordinates with every department on plans and follow up meetings concerning QA activities i.e., measurable goals & objectives per department.
8. Help monitor and ensure timely closure of NCRs on internal audits and management review action plans.
9. Identifies improvement in the quality system.
10. Generates reports on quality issues, NCRs, defect trends, DPMO and improvements plans.
o Qualification:
• At least 5 years qualified experience in qa/qc or its equivalent.
• Engineering degree or higher
