We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all project activities to ensure successful delivery within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, and project specifications.
Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction projects.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in GCC countries (Mandatory).
Strong experience in project planning, site management, and contractor coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
