A leading company is seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Production Plant Manager to oversee plant operations and ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations within the plant.

• Develop and implement production plans to meet operational targets.

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare regular reports on production performance for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing or production plant management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities.

• Good command of the English language.

Preferred Nationalities:

Levant or Indian nationals are preferred.
