We are seeking a Production Controller to join our growing sweets production unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chocolate making, strong knowledge of quality control standards, and proven ability to supervise a team in a busy production environment.

– Oversee daily operations of the sweets production unit
– Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
– Maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards
– Develop and improve chocolate and confectionery recipes
– Monitor production efficiency and minimize wastage
