🌟 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage the end-to-end procurement process for maintenance and spare parts
🔹 Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
🔹 Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records
🔹 Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to forecast procurement needs
🔹 Conduct market analysis and recommend strategic sourcing solutions
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
🔹 Utilize ERP systems like Oracle, Sage, or SAP to streamline procurement activities
🔹 Generate reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier metrics

🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
🔹 CIPS Diploma – advantageous
🔹 5+ years of experience in procurement of maintenance or spare parts
🔹 Excellent English communication skills
🔹 Experience with Oracle, Sage, or SAP – an advantage
🔹 Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
