Description
A leading contracting company based in Jeddah – Al-Basatin District is seeking to hire Innovative Procurement Manager with strong and well-documented experience in the construction and contracting sector, according to the following requirements:
• A minimum of 20 years of practical experience in the construction and contracting field.
• At least (10) years of leadership experience in the position of Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager within contracting companies only.
• Holder of recognized professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supplier Management.
• Proven experience in supplier management, bid analysis, and cost control for large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to enforce procurement policies, manage contracts with rigor, and ensure full compliance with company procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time.
• Must Speak , Communicate with Arabic Language Fluently or Professionally Minimally .
