​At Al-Kharafi Construction Company, we’ve spent decades delivering landmark infrastructure projects across Kuwait. We’re looking for a sharp, experienced professional to lead our import procurement function.
​The Role: Procurement & Logistics Supervisor – Import
​📍 Location: Kuwait
​🏢 Work Type: On-site | Full-time
​Description: You will oversee end-to-end external procurement operations — from reviewing technical purchase requests to managing shipping, customs clearance, and final warehouse delivery.
​📋 What You Bring
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business Administration, or a related field.
​Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in international Procurement & Logistics within construction / contracting projects.
​Technical Skills: * Strong experience in import procurement cycles (RFQ → negotiation → PO → shipping → clearance → delivery).
​Expertise in Documentary Credits (L/Cs), Incoterms, and international trade finance.
​Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
​Knowledge: Solid understanding of Kuwait customs regulations and clearance procedures.
​Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
​Language: Excellent English communication; Arabic is an added advantage.
