Pressure Vessel / Static Equipment Inspector (Aramco Approved)

The applicants

Position: Pressure Vessel / Static Equipment Inspector (Aramco Approved)

– Mandatory Experience
– Minimum 8–12 years total experience in inspection of static equipment in oil & gas projects
– Minimum 5+ years experience in Saudi Aramco EPC projects (Direct or through Aramco-approved EPC contractor)

Proven experience working under major EPC contractors such as:
– Saipem
– Tecnicas Reunidas
– Samsung Engineering
– Hyundai Engineering & Construction
– Petrofac

Scope of Experience Required
Strong hands-on experience in inspection of:

– Pressure Vessels (ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2)
– Columns & Reactors
– Heat Exchangers (Shell & Tube / Air Cooled)
– Storage Tanks (API 650 / 653)
– Boilers & Fired Heaters (if applicable)

Technical Knowledge
– Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES)
– Saudi Aramco Materials System Specifications (SAMSS)
– Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
– Review of WPS / PQR / WPQ
– Material Receiving Inspection (MTC review)
– Hydrotest, Pneumatic test witnessing
– NDT coordination & report review
– Punch list & Mechanical Completion activities

Mandatory Certifications
– API 510 – Pressure Vessel Inspector (Valid)
– API 570 (Preferred)
– API 653 (If tank scope included)
– ASME Section VIII knowledge
– NDT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT)
– CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (Preferred)

Aramco Requirements

– Must be Saudi Aramco Approved Inspector (Vendor SAP approval preferred)
OR
– Previously approved in Saudi Aramco projects (Approval copy required)
Strong experience handling:
– RFI submissions
– Aramco inspection coordination
– SATIP compliance
– QMIS documentation

Required Skills

– Ability to read and interpret:
– Isometric drawings
– GA drawings
– P&IDs
– Fabrication drawings

Familiar with:
– Work Permit System (PTW)
– JSA
– Aramco safety standards

Required Documents

– Updated CV (Aramco project details clearly mentioned)
– Aramco Approval certificate (if available
– API certificates copy
– Iqama & Passport copy
– Service agreement with online chamber
– Aramco vendor code is required
– Project duration 1 year
– Location – Al Jubail _ Saudi Arabia
