Role Summary
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement & SCM Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and Oracle-recommended standards. The role involves end-to-end process ownership, stakeholder engagement, and solution optimization across procurement and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Functional Implementation
• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, including:
o Self Service Procurement (SSP)
o Purchasing
o Sourcing
o Supplier Qualification
o Supplier Portal (iSupplier)
o Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM)
• Configure procurement business units, approval workflows, and controls.
• Support RFQ, auctions, contract purchasing, and PO lifecycle.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Implementation
• Implement and support Oracle SCM modules such as:
o Inventory Management
o BOM & Cost Management
o Order Management
o Receiving and Logistics
• Design end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Plan-to-Fulfill processes.
• Configure intercompany, drop-ship, and consignment processes.

Business Process & Stakeholder Engagement
• Conduct fit-gap workshops and document functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Projects, and Operations teams for cross-module alignment.
• Lead CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions.

Integrations & Data Migration
• Define functional requirements for integrations with:
o Oracle Financials
o Inventory and Manufacturing systems
o Third-party logistics and supplier systems
• Support data migration using:
o FBDI
o ADFdi
o Supplier and item conversion tools
• Validate data accuracy and transactional integrity.

Controls, Compliance & Governance
• Configure approval hierarchies, delegation of authority, and SoD controls.
• Ensure compliance with:
o Internal procurement policies
o Audit and regulatory requirements
• Support contract compliance, spend visibility, and supplier governance.

Reporting & Optimization
• Define and validate procurement and SCM reports using:
o OTBI
o BI Publisher
• Support KPI tracking and performance dashboards.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
Functional & Domain Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and SCM
• Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supply Chain processes
• Experience in multi-organization, multi-entity, and global rollouts
• Knowledge of procurement contracts, sourcing strategies, and supplier collaboration

• Working knowledge of FBDI and integrations

• Experience working in agile and waterfall ERP delivery models

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / SCM certification (preferred)

Experience Level (Typical)
• Senior Consultant: 7+ years

Nice to Have
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials integration
• Exposure to contract lifecycle management (CLM)
• Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare)
