Job Vacancy: Operations Manager – Mask Manufacturing Facility

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Dammam

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified operations manager to oversee the end?to?end operational performance of our mask manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the consistent delivery of high?quality products in alignment with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems.

• Lead and supervise operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee production planning, capacity management, and workflow optimisation.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure seamless operational coordination.

• Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations; experience in medical or mask production is preferred.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in managing production teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in production management systems and operational software is an advantage.
