Need A Site Supervisor

Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing site operations and workers. Salary will be discussed on an interview basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction site operations and coordinate work activities.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.

Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and local safety standards.

Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are met.

Report daily progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.

Manage site materials and ensure proper utilization.

Resolve on-site problems and coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Maintain site documentation including reports, attendance, and work progress records.

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction projects.

Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to relocate
