Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical operations, maintenance, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in supervising mechanical teams in industrial or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and installation activities

Ensure all mechanical work is carried out according to safety standards and company policies

Monitor daily operations and provide technical guidance to the team

Plan, schedule, and assign work to technicians and workers

Inspect equipment and ensure proper functioning and maintenance

Prepare reports on work progress, issues, and performance

Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure project efficiency

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor (preferably in Saudi Arabia)

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards

Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or construction sectors preferred

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
