Position: Proposal & Estimation Engineer – Jeddah
We are looking for an experienced Proposal & Estimation Engineer to join our contracting company in Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
• Proposal preparation and submission
• BOQ pricing and cost estimation
• Quantity take-off from drawings
• Manage quotation process
• Maintain proposal tracker and follow-up
• Supplier coordination and price negotiation
• Supplier submittals preparation
• Consultant comments compliance & technical responses
Requirements:
• Experience in construction / MEP / civil projects
• Strong in BOQ pricing & quantity take-off
• Knowledge of suppliers and market pricing
• Ability to handle multiple tenders
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
