Our company is looking for a highly experienced Marketing & Resourcing Coordinator to support our growing manpower supply and equipment rental operations.

📌 Position:

Marketing & Resourcing Coordinator

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle manpower sourcing
• Coordinate equipment rental inquiries and client requirements
• Develop new clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Manage mobilization and deployment of manpower/equipment
• Maintain database of workers, suppliers, and clients

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in manpower supply or equipment rental field
• Strong marketing, negotiation, and sales skills
• Good knowledge of local transfer procedures and documentation
• Experience in client coordination and vendor management
• Ability to source candidates quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Valid Iqama with transferable status preferred
