Dear All,
We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our team.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, and purchase orders.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations including local and international shipments.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure procurement is conducted in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials to project sites.
Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
Track and control procurement costs and budgets.
Prepare procurement and logistics reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of procurement and logistics experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
Strong knowledge of local supplier market and logistics procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP/Fluto systems and MS Office.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
