Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics & Operations Supervisor to handle daily office-based operations related to logistics, customs clearance follow-up, and system management.
This role focuses on coordinating logistics activities, monitoring customs clearance data, and managing inventory and operational records using Phenix System. The position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up on customs clearance processes and shipment status
* Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers
* Manage inventory records using Phenix System (add, update, delete items and adjust stock levels)
* Ensure accurate operational and logistics data in the system
* Prepare reports related to logistics and operations for management
* Maintain shipment and clearance documentation
* Support daily operational office tasks
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

Requirements:

* Experience in logistics, operations, or customs clearance follow-up
* Strong office-based operational skills
* Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (experience with Phenix System is a plus)
* Good knowledge of inventory control
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in logistics and customs procedures in Saudi Arabia
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
