A leading company in the industrial sector is seeking a Logistics Assistant cum Data Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs).

• Coordinate daily deliveries with drivers and monitor schedules.

• Track and arrange deliveries for online orders.

• Post purchase invoices and update data in the ERP/accounting system.

• Maintain delivery records and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP / accounting systems.

• Strong data entry and coordination skills.

Job Vacancy – Logistics CORDINATOR (Shipment Clearance)

A leading company in the industrial sector is seeking to hire a Logistics Assistant – Shipment Clearance.

Reports To:
Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end- to- end clearance of sea, air, and land shipments.

Visit customs offices, ports, airports, and land borders to complete clearance procedures.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on Bayan declarations and related customs documentation.

Coordinate with customs brokers and shipping agents to ensure smooth and timely clearance.

Follow up with government authorities (EPA, Municipality, Industry, Health, etc.) to obtain required approvals.

Collect Delivery Orders (DOs) from shipping lines / airlines.

Coordinate with transporters and drivers to move shipments to the factory or warehouse.

Maintain and organize shipment and clearance documents and provide basic reports when required.

Working Conditions:

Field- based role involving frequent visits to ports, airports, customs offices, and ministries.

May require extended working hours during urgent clearances.
