Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer with sufficient knowledge of sourcing, supplier coordination, and market pricing in Riyadh. The candidate will support the procurement team in obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source materials and suppliers within the Riyadh market.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
Assist in price analysis and cost comparison.
Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
Support project teams in material selection and procurement planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field).
1–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in construction.
Good knowledge of local suppliers and pricing in Riyadh.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must have driving license
Preference:
Candidates currently available in Riyadh with transferable Iqama will be preferred.
