JUNIOR IT SUPPORT STAFF
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications: Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Technical Support roles.
Technical Skills: Experience in workstation setup, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Systems: Experience supporting Windows-based environments and network systems.
Mandatory: Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID).
