Job Opportunity: QA/QC Engineers (Civil / MEP)

​Job Overview:
​We are seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers to oversee and ensure quality compliance across Civil and MEP works for ongoing real estate and construction projects. The role involves implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring all activities meet approved standards, specifications, and project requirements.
​Required Skills:
​Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
​Experience in preparing ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.
​Hands-on experience in site inspections and quality checks (Civil & MEP).
​Familiarity with international standards (ISO, ASTM, BS etc.).
​Strong documentation, reporting, and NCR management skills.
​Good communication and coordination abilities.
​Experience & Qualifications:
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
​Total Experience: Minimum 8 years of total experience in construction projects.
​Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in QA/QC roles.
​Preference: Experience in real estate projects preferred. GCC/Oman experience is an advantage.
​Preferred Qualifications:
​Knowledge of local authority regulations in Oman/GCC.
​Experience with QA/QC audits and compliance processes.
​Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
