🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
🔹 Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and Microsoft Office applications.
🔹 Support basic networking tasks including LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
🔹 Assist with Active Directory management and user account support.
🔹 Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical issues quickly.
🔹 Maintain IT documentation, report recurring problems, and suggest improvements.
🔹 Provide guidance and training to end-users for better IT usage.

🌟 Requirements:
🔹 1–3 years of experience in IT Technical Support.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
🔹 Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi) and Active Directory support.
