Candidate must be in UAE for interview

Responsible for user support on Desktops & Laptops.
 Should have windows & desktop knowledge. Installation & troubleshooting
 Installation & troubleshooting or MS Office products
 Printer/scanner setup & troubleshooting. Configuration scan to email
 Outlook configuration/troubleshooting etc.
 Strong knowledge on O365 products & Share point.
 Backup issues – Symantec Backup/Server Backup
 Knowledge on MAC products would be an added advantage
 Administer windows servers & manage Virtual Machines.
 Working knowledge on Windows Server 2008 R2/ Windows Server 2012 R2/ Windows Server 2016.
 Ability to configure various types of backup & take corrective actions when needed.
Firewall, VPN, user policies implementation
