Candidate must be in UAE for interview
Responsible for user support on Desktops & Laptops.
Should have windows & desktop knowledge. Installation & troubleshooting
Installation & troubleshooting or MS Office products
Printer/scanner setup & troubleshooting. Configuration scan to email
Outlook configuration/troubleshooting etc.
Strong knowledge on O365 products & Share point.
Backup issues – Symantec Backup/Server Backup
Knowledge on MAC products would be an added advantage
Administer windows servers & manage Virtual Machines.
Working knowledge on Windows Server 2008 R2/ Windows Server 2012 R2/ Windows Server 2016.
Ability to configure various types of backup & take corrective actions when needed.
Firewall, VPN, user policies implementation
Hinidi will be an advantage
