IT Assistant Needed

Description

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Provide technical support to end- users regarding network, system, and application access.

Assist with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.

Monitor system performance and report any issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are an advantage.

Experience working with a branded ERP system is required.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
