URGENTLY REQUIRED

Material Receiving? Inspector – Mechanical????3 No’s

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects), out of that minimum 3 years of experience as Material Receiving Inspector – Mechanical on ARAMCO Project site with EPC Contractor.

1. Receiving Inspection for Mechanical materials, the confirmation for material vendor documents

2. Reviewing the construction drawings and vendor reports before inspection

Coordination with Contractor Material team & PMT & PID for material receiving inspection

3. Assistance of Korean QA/QC manager/engineer/supervisor

4. Supervising the assigned quality control for material inspection activities

5. Conduct witness inspection and test according to Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)

6. Following-up technical requirement and local regulation for material receiving inspection.

7. Direct Mechanical Material Receiving Inspection work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of recognized codes such as the International Code (ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC?? (Sections I, V, VIII and IX); ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and B73; NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 and AWS D1.1) or equivalent standards.

8. Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures

9. With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR compliance with Contract requirements.
